Great find by chance while walking around Santa Eularia. This restaurant is off the main road and non-touristy. The quality of the food and service is superb. We had the Iberian pork (so delicious) and the traditional cod salad. I did not like the salad very much, but this is just a matter of taste. They have a lovely garden in the back, where you can have your meal.

Fantastic food and place

Had dinner yesterday and we were really surprised and amazed by the quality, not only of the food but also the service. The waiter explained us all about the menu, very proactively, and the dishes were really great. We heard that the meat was outstanding, and it is, but the starters were also awesome. We had the egg with surprise and the liquid omelette, both superb. We were seated on the inside terrace, a great atmosphere. This is a great example of how Ibiza island can offer much more than beach and parties. Fully recommended!

Best restaurant in a long time The atmosphere the waiter and server and chef just so so so nice. Food was lovely and waiter well informed on the food and menu. Loved the garden area. Will Def recommend to friends who head to ibiza

Magical place, where great waiters dine very good and on ALL Magnificent CHEF Alfonso cooking that gives pleasure. We happily left my boyfriend and I. Thanks for everything.

Nice atmosphere, good food! Managed to squeeze us in on a busy night with no reservation. The banofee pie was yummy.

Just had an amazing meal there. Steaks are superb and cooked to perfection. Lovely portion sizes and lovely environment out in the garden area. Staff are really friendly and helpful. 2nd time in Ibiza and 2nd time here.... it won't be the last :-)

Came here for dinner after seeing good reviews, and it really lived up to my expectations. Staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for me. The food was even better, best meal I’ve ever had. Will be returning next time I’m in Ibiza.

Unbelievable steak

Restaurant with good music and dim light. Attentive waiters and good food. We ate Burrata with basil oil and black olives first. Entrecotte in its point and Steak tartar with very good accompaniment. Dessert Catalan Cream Foam. We will return without hesitation.

Perfect place for dinners.

Food is great. The second time we went the menu was just being changed so some bits were unavailable. But after two visits I would definitely recommend Sa Carboneria for dinner, either as a couple or with kids.

Absolutely fantastic and genuine. If you're looking for authentic Spanish food (meat) with great atmosphere this is the place. Small with an alternative vibe, chilled. Totally worth a visit (or two)!!!

He had been to the Punta Carretas restaurant and Sa Carboneria did not disappoint. Exisit food and reasonable price. The brutal meat, but the rest of the delicious dishes as well. The 5 stars are because the service and those who run the place are exceptional. Definitely a great recommendation.

On our last night we were eating here and I am very happy that we discovered this hidden restaurant before we left. Despite the heat wave, the sheltered courtyard was good to stay and everyone was friendly and courteous. The card is small, but that didn't make the choice easy. The food is very, very good and I have rarely eaten such a perfectly prepared steak.This small, nondescript eatery has a lot more to offer than most of the restaurants by the sea.

La comida deliciosa. Pedimos un steak tartare que estaba para chuparse los dedos! El jardín, en realidad es un patio interior pero la velada fue perfecta.

Lovely night out here. Atmosphere was so friendly and warm. Staff were lovely and helpful and food was excellent. A bit off the beaten track and quite small, you need to book. Worth the extra walk.

A hidden surprise just a few feet from the regular high street Sa Carboneria serves the best steaks in Eulalia. Also the starters are really good and diverse to share as some tapas. And the little courtyard may just be one of the most romantic places to have dinner in St. Eulalia!
